About Vienna Film Stories
The Vienna Film Storytelling Festival is a celebration of the art of cinema, dedicated to showcasing quality films from around the world. Our core philosophy is based on the belief that great storytelling transcends borders and unites us all, no matter where we come from. We strive to create an immersive and thought-provoking experience for our audience.
At Vienna Film Stories, we believe that every movie has a story, and we strive to present our audience with a carefully selected selection of these stories. Our goal is to create a space where audiences can take a journey through memorable and compelling narratives by filmmakers from different cultures and backgrounds.
The festival aims to be a melting pot of world cinema, showcasing films ranging from intimate character studies to epic spectacles. The films we show are like puzzle pieces that come together to form a rich tapestry of human experience. Each film offers a window into another world, allowing viewers to explore the complexities of the human condition through the lens of storytelling."
In keeping with the spirit of the festival, we use the metaphor of "cinema as a universal language." Just as Vienna is known as a country of different cultures and languages, the films we are showing speak to the universal experience that unites us all.
